    As electrolyte specific gravity rises, as does its charging capacity

    We ensure REVIVER's effectiveness based on field test results. We installed REVIVER in a lead-acid battery with significantly reduced performance. The specific gravity of sulfuric acid in the electrolyte and discharge time (charging capacity) both increased after 7 weeks.

    After installing REVIVER, the balance between cells is restored and overall performance is increased.

    Lead batteries for driving work by grouping several cells. However, if one cell has relatively poor performance, the remaining cells also fail to exert their maximum power and convert to the performance of the low-performing cell.

    In our test of a 48V forklift battery, the gravity of all cells improved after installing REVIVER. In addition, the ratio of the 24 cells in the battery, especially of the 3 cells with low performance, was significantly improved. In sum, low-performance cells’ efficiency was improved, performance balance between cells was restored and overall battery performance increased.

※A new battery's electrolyte has a specific gravity of 1.280 or higher. The electrolyte's specific gravity increases as the amount of lead sulfate in the ionic state increases. If the specific gravity is low, lead sulfate crystals may have crystallized on the negative plate.
